Members can now post requests for specific tools or tool parts that they are searching for. This will inform other members to bring in those specific items that they are willing to sell to the next meeting. Please use the contact form at the bottom right to post specific requests. No names will be posted online, but the web administrator will provide a list of items along with the names of those who made the request at the next meeting.
The Three Rivers Tool Collector’s Association is a non-profit organization formed in 1976 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We encompass the region of Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Eastern Ohio, but welcome folks from any location. We are collectors, sellers, users and historians of all woodworking and metalworking tools of the past. The group continues to grow with people interested in the technology of the past, the people who played a part in the development of this technology, and their role in the growth of our country and our region. By meeting together, we can often unravel some of the secrets lost to help hand tool users better understand their craft.
